Due to new US customs regulations, we have had to adjust our shipping process for orders destined for the United States. All commercial shipments are now subject to US import duties regardless of their declared value. As the regulatory situation continues to evolve and further changes are to be expected, we are currently unable to display binding customs duties and import fees in our shop at the time of purchase.

We calculate the applicable costs individually for each order based on current US tariff rates and will provide you with a detailed cost breakdown (see enclosed estimate). Please note that the amounts shown are estimates – the actual classification and assessment by US Customs and Border Protection may result in different charges. For this reason, we apply a safety surcharge to the estimated costs.

Upon receipt of the cost estimate, you are free to cancel your order at no charge if the total costs are not acceptable to you. Shipment will only proceed after your confirmation and full payment of the estimated customs and shipping costs.

Once the final settlement with US Customs and our shipping service provider has been completed, any overpayment will be refunded promptly. Should the actual costs exceed the estimate, the difference will be charged subsequently. Any such additional charge is the responsibility of the buyer. We will do our best to keep any such deviations to a minimum.
